PARAMETA and bitBLUE Partner to Build IP and Content Token Securities Platform and Expand Ecosystem

 

October 19, 2023 – ‘Web3 Enabler’ PARAMETA Corp. (formerly ICONLOOP, CEO Jonghyup Kim) announced that it has signed an MOU with bitBLUE (bitBLUE, CEO Sangsik Joo) to collaborate on building an IP and content token securities platform and expanding the ecosystem.

Based on this MOU, PARAMETA and bitBLUE will collaborate to build a token securities platform based on IP and content as basic assets and will jointly carry out all aspects of work leading up to the expansion of the ecosystem.

In this collaboration, PARAMETA, as bitBLUE's blockchain technology partner, will provide the overall technology required to build a token securities platform based on its service, Parameta S (STO as a Service), and apply its knowledge and know-how in the field of technology to build an ecosystem for IP and content tokenization.

Based on its expertise in IP and content, bitBLUE will provide knowledge and experience in related business fields necessary for the construction of this token securities platform, while actively exploring various opportunities that the fragmented investment platform can create together with PARAMETA.
