PARAMETA Launches Free Stablecoin and STO Consulting to Broaden Digital Asset Opportunities

  • Comprehensive guidance on business planning and infrastructure strategy for companies, amid a global move toward formal regulation

[Seoul, February 23, 2026] Web3 Enabler PARAMETA announced on the 23rd that it is launching a free one-on-one consulting program for companies preparing stablecoin and security token offering (STO) businesses.

As major economies accelerate work on regulatory frameworks for stablecoins and digital assets, the sector is establishing itself as a pillar of mainstream finance. Korean companies are likewise actively examining new opportunities, including stablecoin issuance models, digital asset-based payment and settlement structures, and STO business design.

Stablecoins and STOs are regarded as next-generation digital financial infrastructure that goes beyond simple technology adoption — extending existing financial and platform businesses and raising operational efficiency. As formal regulatory inclusion comes into view, designing business structure and infrastructure strategy systematically from the earliest stage is emerging as a decisive competitive factor.

PARAMETA is a first-generation blockchain leader that serves as chair of Korea's stablecoin alliance and has participated in industry and policy discussions. Building on technical capabilities that span both traditional finance and Web3 finance, it has delivered projects for financial institutions and public agencies, and has accumulated trusted infrastructure credentials including Korea's first blockchain CSAP certification. The program draws on that delivery experience to help companies design more stable digital asset business structures.

The consulting goes beyond simple advisory, taking the form of an integrated guide covering both business planning and infrastructure strategy. Matched to each applicant's stage, it will propose △ business model design direction △ digital asset structure strategy △ wallet and operational infrastructure design △ an expansion roadmap.

The program runs from February 2026 for the first 10 companies to apply, and is open to companies at every stage — from planning and evaluation through system development and live service operation. Tailored meetings are conducted on the basis of a pre-submitted checklist.

"Digital asset-based finance is establishing itself as a realistic business opportunity within the global financial order," said Minhwan Kim, Head of Business Strategy at PARAMETA. "We will serve as a strategic partner so that companies can prepare and execute more proactively."

The industry expects digital asset-based financial and payment services to spread across a range of sectors. Through this consulting program, PARAMETA plans to actively support Korean companies' transition to digital finance and contribute to the growth of the surrounding ecosystem.

Applications are accepted through the company's website (parametacorp.com).
